Pricing
How much do AI services cost?
Clear prices, no VAT added. Every project starts with a chat so I can tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
Website AI Assistant, from £395
Set up once, then optional monthly care for £35. Setup includes up to 30 approved answers, your brand colours and tone, a usage cap, testing with you and a handover. Care covers hosting, usage within the cap, a 30-minute update each month and a review of the conversations. Changes outside that are £45 an hour.
AI Starter Session, £185
Ninety minutes one-to-one, by video or phone call. You get prompts for your own emails, posts and quotes, a clear guide to what never goes into an AI tool, and a short written summary to keep. A follow-up hour is £75.
Business Dashboard, from £550
One data source, up to five agreed numbers and one round of changes. Optional monthly care for £30 keeps it running and updates it when anything changes.
I'll build your dashboard in the tool that suits you. That could be a simple dashboard I build and host, or Zoho Analytics if you already use it (you'd need your own Zoho account, which I'll help you set up). If you go with Zoho, your licence is paid directly to Zoho. I'll confirm the current price for your plan before you sign up.
Prices are for typical small-business jobs. Bigger or more complex projects are quoted after we talk. No VAT added.

What is a website AI assistant?

It's a chat window on your website that answers visitors' questions any time of day. It only answers from facts you've approved, and when it isn't sure it passes the question to you by email instead of guessing.

Will the AI assistant make things up?
→
It's set up to answer only from the facts you give it. If a question falls outside those facts, it says so and hands the visitor over to you. No AI is perfect, so I test it with you before it goes live.

Can you add an AI assistant to a website someone else built?

It works best on sites I've built or host. On other sites it may be possible. Talk to me first and I'll tell you honestly.

Is my business information safe?

I set everything up with security in mind: private keys stay on the server, usage is capped so costs can't run away, and the assistant only knows what you choose to give it. In training sessions I also cover what you should never paste into an AI tool.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. I explain everything in plain English and set things up so they look after themselves. You don't need to touch any code.
