We do not collect any sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use analytics software that tracks your behaviour on this site.
If you use our AI chat assistant, the questions you type are processed to generate a reply (see "AI chat assistant" below).
Your data is collected when you voluntarily complete and submit the contact form on this website. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form handling service, and delivered to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
This site has an AI-powered chat assistant ("Concierge") that answers visitor questions about our services. When you type a message, it's sent to Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI model we use) to generate a reply. We don't store chat or personal details on our server - your conversation stays in your own browser only.
If the assistant can't confidently answer your question, it's forwarded to us by email (via Web3Forms, the same service used by our contact form) so Ford can follow up. The assistant doesn't ask for your name, email, or phone number - it only shares what you actually typed.
We collect your personal data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry about our services. The legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest - you have contacted us to request information or start a business conversation, and we need your details to reply.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not contact you for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry.
Your enquiry data is received and stored in our email inbox (Gmail). We take reasonable steps to keep our email account secure, including the use of a strong password and two-factor authentication.
We do not store your data on any external database or CRM system. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third parties, other than Web3Forms for the purpose of delivering your message to us.
If your enquiry does not result in a working relationship, we will retain your details for no longer than 12 months from the date of your initial contact, after which they will be deleted.
If we work together, we may retain relevant correspondence for the duration of the project and for up to 6 years afterwards for legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes.
